1. Since you wish to be a teacher in school, then go for B.ED and crack Teacher Eligibility Test. Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern

Dear Ahswani, No you can't go for BA on the basis of Diploma.
for BA you need to have 10+2
yes you can go for BSc or BCA after diploma in CS or IT filed and that too directly In II year. (Lateral Entry )
