If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.

There are so many government jobs in different government departments. So the eligibility criteria varies in different government departments.
Basic eligibility criteria for for government jobs:
Education qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university.
(12 pass candidates are also eligible for government jobs but for clerical cadre.)
Age: 18 to 30 years. No relaxation for general candidates.
Nationality: Indian.

Good to hear that you are from medical profession.
Regarding salary, i can't actually say the exact figures, because it all depends on the option you choose after MBBS.
Well, the option i know is Pharmacovigilance industry where you can enter as "Drug Safety Physician" and may get salary ranging from 7-8 lacs/annum.
