As you have already completed your 12th with pcb and you are more inclined towards medical, i will suggest you to prepare for the entrance examinations and get into some good medical college.
As far as CLAT is concerned, it is for the 14 National Law universities across India and some other private institutes that accepts CLAT scores.
Be focused about the course and choose the one which you like the most.
