Faisal, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you may either go for MCA or must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with other MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or if the company is registered with STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) - all good IT companies are registered with STPI. If a company spends money to market themselves to customers, only then they are able to get LIVE PROJECTS. Also, if you are an average programmer, and if you you're better with creative work, then you can head for web design or even VFX/ Animation since there is a huge requirement coming up in that domain. Marine engineering is a branch of Engineering that deals with nautical architecture and science. The demand for Marine Engineers in public and private shipping companies has risen sharply, with the increase in international global sea traffic. BE in Marine Engineering / Nautical Science is the basic qualifications to become a Marine Engineer. The minimum educational qualifications for pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or Nautical science is plus two or equivalent with 60% marks in science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Salary is a function of various factors (i) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - i.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations.(v) Your work profile i.e. Manager/ AVP, etc.Thus one cannot allocate a figure.

Ideal options are IGNOU or other open university in India, as distance education regulation in India are undergoing transformations. Technically as per DEC, an university can award degree in its own jurisdiction only. That means ideally a student shall pursue the distance education degree course from the same state where he is working or living. Still, the students have enrolled from across India to their preferred institute / university.
If degree is not concern and you are equally looking for knowledge than IIM's advance management courses are equally good options offered by NIIT and other technology partners. With online and web lecture series, you can even think for these courses as they provide good knowledge and certification will be of global standard.
