Admission is based on a university degree of at least three years of study beyond Norwegian minimum requirements for entrance to higher education, with satisfactory results. Applicants must have at least one and a half years of previous study in economics and business administration (this includes, but cannot be limited to, subjects like statistics, mathematics, accounting, finance, computing, management, and marketing). The Norwegian requirements can be found on the pages of NOKUT (The Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education), where you can download the GSU-list with information about the minimum educational requirements for the country where you have received your degree.

UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
Regarding subjects, there is a big list of optional subjects to choose from. You may choose according to your personal interest and skills. It is advisable to opt for a particular subject in which you are comfortable and find scoring as it will help you to prepare well and crack the exam.
You may opt for subjects like Chemistry, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, etc.

Hi,
All students aspiring to become Chartered Accountants must register for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Chartered Accountancy can be pursued after Class 10+2 or graduation.
On passing Class 10 examination students may register for Common Proficiency Test ,which is held in June & December every year.
A student who has passed Common Proficiency Test (CPT) and Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 examination may join the Professional Competence Course (PCC).
Simultaneously, the student must register for articled training of a period of three and half years.
After 3 months of article ship student has to register and undergo 100 Hours Information Technology Training.
A student can appear in Professional Competence Examination (PCE) after successful completion of 100 Hours of Information Technology Training and also completion of 15 months of articled training three months.
This must end prior to the first day of the month in which Professional Competence Examination (PCE) is to be held i.e. after completion of 15 months of articled training as on 1st February/1st August for appearing in May/November Examination or 18 months of articled training as on 1st May/November.
Graduate & Post graduate entry -From August 2012 graduates and Postgraduates can enroll directly for the Integrated Professional Competency Course(IPCC).
After registering for the program, aspirants undergo three years of training under a practicing chartered accountant.
On the successful completion of nine months training, they can appear for the IPCC exam.
They will also have to complete the 100 hours of Information Technology Training Course and 35 hours of orientation course.
