Yes, you can definitely seek admission in Patna University. But, the admission procedure for the session 2015-17 has already been finished and classes have commenced. You can take admission next year. For that you need to have a valid MAT score / CAT score / XAT score / ATMA score / JMET score in order to be eligible for admission. You also need to have a certain amount of percentage in your graduation which will be mentioned in the eligibility criteria.

CDS (Combined Defense Service) exam is conducted under the Civil Service.
The minimum qualification required is B.Sc. of a recognized University or equivalent with Physics and/or Mathematics as subjects or Bachelor of Engineering. The exam takes place twice a year and the age limit is between 19-23 years.
