Hi Sandeep,
NTP stands for Normal Temperature and Pressure and STP stands for Standard Temperature and Pressure.
Explanation:
STP is set by the IUPAC as 0C and 100 kPa or 1 bar.
Many old books and online sources say that standard pressure is 101.325 kPa (the old IUPAC standard that was changed in 1982), but I defer to the current IUPAC standard of 100 kPa.
NTP is set at 101.325 kPa but uses 20C as the temperature.
Note:
0C = 273.15K
20C = 293.15K
In simple language:
At STP:
Pressure = 1 bar = 0.987 atm
Temperature = 273 K or 0C
At NTP:
Pressure = 1 atm
Temperature = 293 K or 20C
Also,
1 atm = 1.013 bar
1 atm = 76.0 cm
1 atm = 0.760 m
Here,
cm = centimetr

Both M.Tech/MS and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech/MS will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech/MS if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also. If you can afford MBA & MS abroad you may go ahead. You may evaluate USA, Germany and Australia universities for higher education.
