When I was looking for good colleges to do my MBA, I came across Chandigarh University. At first, I didn't think much, but then I saw that it is ranked #4 in Business and Management in QS World University Rankings 2025 and also ranked #1 in all of Asia in the QS Asia University Rankings. That really surprised me. It's also ranked 36 by NIRF for business and management and #20 overall in India.
What I liked the most was the number of MBA options. You can choose dual specialisations like Finance with Marketing, or HR with Data Analytics. They also offer MBA programs in collaboration with top companies like IBM, KPMG, PwC, NSE, Adobe, and

It is not bad at all. Diplomas after 10th are considered equivalent to 12th and many programs like Bachelor of engineering allows lateral entry into the second year but these are mostly engineering colleges at state level and not IITs nor NITs. So a lot of factors must be taken into consideration like your competency, career interest, course you want to study, etc.
