Its not possible after first semester and stream change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.

Firstly and importantly, please remember that no exam is difficult. It's our preparation that matters. Secondly, for GATE syllabus is that of graduation. How will you start preparing for it in 2nd year? My advice firstly concentrates on studying for graduation. After this only prepare for GATE.

None of them is difficult provided you have a flair for them and if you have a clear cut path defined for your career in front of you. MCA is a technical oriented course. You can also do MBA after you complete your MCA in case your work / job demands it.

Hi Diksha,
MAT will be considered for Galgotia University. Preference will be given to CAT/Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT)/MAT/Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE). The minimum graduation requirement is 60% but you can apply for direct admission to Galgotia University. You should be able to get admission with such a good score in MAT. You have to first complete your graduation then only you are eligible for UPSC exam and in graduation Bachelor in Arts is more preferred for UPSC preparation.

Government colleges are preferred over any kind of private colleges so obviously COE0-Pune is a better option for mechanical engineering than MSIT. However, you may compare the colleges here.
