For JEE Mains you must cover all the NCERT books for a stronger base. As concepts are very important for cracking JEE Advanced, you will have to build concepts strongly. For this you can refer the following books:

Ranking: Jaipuria Lucknow is on 73rd position among all MBA colleges in India and has high NBA scores. IMS is not even in the top 100 MBA colleges. Fees, Faculty, campus life, placements: Jaipuria is again a better option as they reward good amount of scholarships, have highly experienced faculty, a very good campus life and better placement record. However, you being an Elementary teacher (JBT) makes you eligible to do the B Ed. You may be one with a BA Degree, but working in a recognized school, whose experience certificate will be approved by the University DDE.
The eligibility conditions for admission to B.Ed (2-year) course through distance mode will be as under:-

NIT's at Surathkal & Warangal are considered as premier NIT's. It's difficult to say about marks since in coming exam pattern of questions is likely to be different. But on other hand I feel a percentile of above 70 should get you admission.
