First you make a five year plan I. e +2 and graduation. If interested can take humanities subject in good combination in +2 and graduation. I mean to say plan for atleast 5/ 6 years preparation for IAS. The study of 11,12 and graduation is what can help in IAS. Your academic study should be in allignment with your IAS subjects. If you plan to opt for History or public administration than study the same subject in your academic study. I suggest for more of self study and if wish to join any coaching who give IAS coaching after 10th then there are few institutes like RAO' s IAS. Eden IAS. You can be in touch with a local UPSC coach in your area and later after 12 th join 3 year programme. Commercial pilot training is expensive. The flying school should be recognised by the DGCA.
1. It should have adequate infrastructure.
2. The faculty should be well trained, experienced and knowledgeable.
3. There should be adequate lab and practical facilities
4. There should be modern training amenities like computer aided training, simulators, etc.
5. The quality of the flying training (and amenities) should be good
