So I would suggest is that you complete your 12 with a good score and there after apply for education overseas. After completing your 12th with MPC, you can easily opt for engineering and specialize in any of its domain.
In order to get into the IIT's, you need give JEE advance. there will be 2 stages in JEE:
1. Mains: For all state level and Deemed Universities
2. Advanced: For IIT's and only top 20 percentile students from all boards.

Also its not mandatory that you need to pursue engineering after completing 12th with PCM. You can also go for career in Arts and commerce
