I agree with @Aneeket. You need to check with the respective college for admission to B.Arch on the basis of your B.Sc. I would suggest pursue B.Arch and not a Diploma.

In order to pursue MBA, you need to be graduate in any field, so as per your profile, I would suggest you to compete your graduation first, and then you may pursue MBA.
As you are a working professional, so you may consider pursuing graduation through distance education.
However, Non-graduates (10+2 or equivalent) with six years of managerial/ supervisory/ professional experience are eligible for taking admission into Diploma in Management from IGNOU.

Hi,
Canada, is one of the finest study destination to pursue studies, there are many good universities in Canada which offers masters degree in various fields.
However, please remember in order to pursue masters degree you need to have atleast 60%-70% plus marks in graduation, and in order to pursue MBA, besides good academic record you also need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
