Hello Ayush,No, it is definitely not mandatory to have a degree of M.Tech before you can get job abroad. There are plenty of graduates of different branches who get job abroad, but remember each and every country has become protectionist these days and only those jobs are offered for which the expertise is not available in those countries. Of course some European countries, Canada or Australia etc. Who are often short on Population do accept graduates or even other professionals from different fields to their countries for employment. Please note that most of the recruiting companies make it at most 6 or 6.5 or 7, as the cut off GPA as the primary eligibility criterion in the qualifying UG degree. Beneficially, some companies mark 5 or no GPA cut off, as the eligibility criterion. Moreover, this is applicable to the MBA GPA too. Besides, other criteria such as no ATKTs, no backlogs, etc., should also be met.
