Well to get admission through a regular mode, most of the well reputed institutes prefer students with a similar education in the bachelor level, also if you are keen to pursue MCA, then it is mandatory to have studied Maths in your +2 for being eligible to most of the recognized institutes. The admissions to regular MCA course takes place on the basis of qualifying an entrance test:

I regret to inform you that you are not eligible to apply for the MBA at this school as this school admits students with Full time work experience over 2 years.
You can possibly look for an early career MBA program which is designed specifically for students like you who are ambitious in nature and want to make an early career statement. Some examples of such business schools are IESE Business School(Spain), University of Rochester, Simon(USA), University of Chicago, Booth(USA).

Do your MCA in a regular mode and write the entrance exam for Maharashtra CET. If you have a job then doing MCA in correspondence is okay. Always do in a regular mode where you prospects to get a better job is easy for you.

I would suggest you to contact DAAD office in South Africa for details also if this university is government approved and recognised in South Africa then you may apply in Germany .
