You need to register with Australian Medical Council to be able to practise in Australia. First of all you will have to send all your documents to be assessed if you eligible to sit for the registration exam or not. You are over age now for most of the Government jobs. However, you are still eligible for the competitive examination of IAS and Allied Services conducted by the UPSC for the recruitment of Class-I Officers of the Central and State Government offices. The maximum age for which is 30 years. BUT, you will have to work hard to compete the exam to get through with merit in the Preliminary Exam to be eligible for the main examination of the IAS and Allied Services, as no further chance will be available to you after the age of 30.
