MBA is one such stream which does not restricts you to come from a particular stream of study infact , for pursuing a MBA degree from a good and reputed institute the minimum eligibility requirement is to be a graduate degree holder from a recognized university.

Well it is not advisable for you at this stage to pursue Bachelors from Germany, as you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
So, as a friend, I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.
