Well, there is no %age criteria for Java certification, So you can go for SCJA or SCJP or higher cerification as well.

Well Anant, it depends on what level of networking is required; as you need to connect your computer to another computer in network or on Internet. The requirements decides how to place and configure different settings for computer networking in any computer.
