Haryana Civil Service Examination (HCS) is conducted by the Haryana Public Service Commission for the right candidates in the different posts of Haryana Public Administrative Services. Well it is very difficult to ive you the exact cut off records, its better you contact the college admission office and get the clarity over it. Looking the past trend all IIMs require atleast 90 percentile in CAt for admission to its variuos programs.

Your question is very generic. Profiles offered depends on a number of factors such as the specialization you choose in the 2nd year, your summer internship, subjects and sectors you are interested in, your GPA etc. Yes, experience helps in getting a higher pay than freshers but it is definitely not a rule. Average package varies from 5 to 7 (in hand).

Yes, u can expect a call. Ur acads seems to be decent enough to be called for an interview. Also ur graduation marks also play an important role if u have no work-ex.
