You seemed to be confused about what you actually wish to pursue in your career.You have asked about over 10 stream.I would suggest that you define your interest and follow the careers that really interest you.So much information could actually lead to a a lot of confusion in the final decision of your career.
Career opportunities for Travel & Tourism degree holders exist both in the public and private sector. In the public sector, there are opportunities in the Directorates and Departments of Tourism of the center and the state as Officers, information assistants, Tourist guides etc. Another good prospect for qualified tourism

Normally, IIM Indore announces notification in the month of March (second week) and applications will be received by 12th of April. In the month of May (second week), there will be entrance exam for the same. Therefore, wait and apply for the same.

IITs, NITs and IIITs are the top private engineering colleges in India. Apart from this, there are quite a few private colleges providing quality education and placements. It depends on the branch of engineering you're interested in pursuing.
For admission into IITs and NITs, you need to appear for IIT-JEE and AIEEE, respectively. IIITs conduct their own entrance examination. For admission into private colleges, some of these conduct their own entrance examinations, while others take admission through the respective state level entrance examination.

While Computer Engineering equally covers both hardware and software aspects, IT and software engineering has a lesser focus on the hardware aspect. However, this difference hardly matters as universities frequently keep updating the syllabus for each branch.
Unless and until, you get a job in a hardware manufacturing company like Intel, Logitech, etc., this little difference in the syllabus hardly matters. Most of the jobs offered is in the software domain.
So, there is no need to compare the little differences between the branches. Get admission in a good college in any of these branches, keep a percentage of over 70 without
