Hello, I must say that you have got a very reasonable percentile in MHT CET the entrance exam that was conducted by the state of Maharashtra for admission to different engineering colleges in the state. With your percentile, I am sure that you should get mechanical engineering in a reasonably ranked Institute. However, to help you I am attaching a link that can predict the branch and the college that you can get based on your performance in this examination. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/mht-cet-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

No you can not go directly in Universities for admission in Law courses on the basis of TSLAWCET result. You have to go through the Online Registration cum verification, online payment along with uploading scanned
copies of certificates for verification. List of Provisionally selected candidates will be prepared College wise and will be placed in the website. So you have to go through the counselling process. For more details please visit https://lawcet.tsche.ac.in/TSLAWCET/TSLAWCET_HomePage.aspx.
