Hello Satya, in these times of pandemic state governments have been given the liberty and authority to decide on the date of physical opening of the colleges and schools. However no one can predict with certainty as to the date from which colleges can open. One of the prerequisites of opening of the colleges at least for the fresh students is the completion of the admission process which is still not complete in many of the states. However students from second year onwards can always come to the classes if the state governments allow it to happen.
