dear aspirant,
while going for distance program-mes it is always recommended that you check that whether the institute or university you are applying to is UGC/AICTE approved.
IGNOU is known for its excellence in distance education and is even UGC approved. while symbiosis is not UGC/AICTE approved.
rest depends on your choices.

The on'es you have mentioned are all good & reputed. You should choose the institute based on your choice of the pattern of exam, method of submitting assignments, your proximity to the learning centre of that institute and ofcourse the fees element.
