If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then as per your score in graduation you are not eligible for admission in this program.
As in order to pursue this program you need to have atleast 50% marks in graduation.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.Some of the institutes you may consider to pursue distance MBA program are:

Yes You are eligible for the process. Just wait for the admission forms to be out, for that regularly check the college website for the date when the forms will be out. but then also i would suggest you to give the FEB Cmat because your score is low and it would be difficult for you to get an admission through that score. A score between 200-221 is a decent score for PGDBM.

Hi Rishabh you can surely admission for a regular graduation degree in any college or university approved by Government of India, AICTE and UGC recognized. The Secondary/Sr.Secondary certificate obtained form NIOS have the same recognition as certificates issued by other Boards. NIOS is vested with the authority to conduct Public Examinations at Secondary and Sr. Secondary level vide Govt. Of India's resolution dated 14 September 1990.
