Hello Rushabh Jaiswal,
I am afraid, VIT does not give admission directly to students based on marks of 12th. One needs to appear for and pass MHT CET conducted by Govt of Maharashtra for the majority of seats or JEE Mains for few seats reserved for All India Quota. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different aspects of the admission process.
http://www.vit.edu/index.php/admissions/undergraduate-b-tech/admission-process-eligibility-schedules.
Best wishes to you.

Hello Sai,
Normally speaking, you should get admission in an engineering college that is situated in your home state. If you pass JEE Mains with good percentile then you can get admission in any NIT or GFTI. If you score well in JEE Advanced then you can get admission in any IIT. If you appear for and pass entrance exam conducted by deemed to be university then you can get admission in that place.
