Hi Kasyapa,
It depends upon your interest and the choice of stream you want to pursue. If you want to do Finance, go for IFMR other than that BITS Pilani MBA is the best of the lot.
All the best.

In terms of admission fee, TSM has the lowest compared to that of Welingkar and IFMR. TSM is stronger in marketing domain where as IFMR is best known for its finance course and hence placements vary as per their respective domain excellence.

Yes, you can apply for it. Follow this link to get an idea of colleges, their fees structure, accommodation facilities, scholarship details, etc. https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/germany
To get admission, you have to give abroad exams to qualify for a college/university. You may get details of which college accepts which exam in the link provided above. After qualifying the exams, you may be asked to go for medical checkups to ensure that you are medically fit to reside in that country.

Yes, you can do so. But, doing so might be considered of no use because your BCA degree will go in vain. According to me, you should go for MCA after completing your BCA. Then, you will have ability more than a B.Tech. Student and also you will hold a Master's degree with you.

You are only eligible for NIT's, if you at least score 95 percentile in JEE paper 2.
According to JEE paper 2, you are only eligible for NITs and some prestigious college, but for IIT you have to qualify JEE paper 1, then JEE Advance. If you have to qualify in these two paper, then you have to apply for AAT examination.
