For better option, you should go for another management entrance exams like MAT and NMAT etc. For better options. However on the basis of your CMAT percentile, you can go through with following colleges.

4. Dehradun Institute of Technology (MBA), Dehradun
5. Galgotias Business School, Greater Noida

Further you can also tryout for UPES Dehradun, but the CMAT percentile of UPES can go above 80.

No, not at all, you can't get any fake certificate of B.Tech of any good University or any other University getting a fake certificate is a crime, so don't it try to get any fake certificate or any fake degree instead of that go and pursue it.

I am not sure about other B-schools but PIBM is a good college. Many of my friends have done an MBA/PGDM from PIBM. They follow practical methods for learning. The curriculum consists of Corporate Interaction, Dual Internships, Live business projects, Industry visits, and so on. During the pandemic, PIBM continued its classes and internships, placement through online mode.

In my opinion, both the courses are career-oriented, the only difference between the two programs is the syllabus followed. PGDM follows the one set by the college academics, while the MBA follows the University syllabus. However, when it comes to employment, both the course students have equal opportunities.
