It is a good choice, if you want to do some additional courses to excel with your academics. You can check IGNOU website there you find a number of courses. Yes, you can apply for MBA outside or in Maharashtra. First you have to take up competitive exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, etc. Various colleges have their own entrance exams.

I would suggest you to try for another college as many colleges accept 69 percentile. Many colleges have their own entrance test, as last year's cut off in NIA was around 75-80 and this year it would be from 70-75.
