It is a good choice, if you want to do some additional courses to excel with your academics. You can check IGNOU website there you find a number of courses. You can also go Astro physics-related diplomas or training if you have interest in that field. MOOCS are a very good option for your concern and also trending. Yes, you can apply for MBA outside or in Maharashtra. First you have to take up competitive exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, etc. Various colleges have their own entrance exams.
You can also get direct admission in some private universities. Candidates must have completed graduation in any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks all over 45% for (SE/ST).

I would suggest you to try for another college as many colleges accept 69 percentile. Many colleges have their own entrance test, as last year's cut off in NIA was around 75-80 and this year it would be from 70-75.
