In order to pursue full time MBA program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Please remember the final year student may get admission in MBA program provisionally, however such students need to submit their graduation passing certificate by September if they fail to do so the admission of those students are cancelled.

Yes, there will be compartment exam in CBSE in 2013.
As per the official website of CBSE -
" Compartment / Supplementary Exams :
(i) A candidate placed in compartment at the Senior School Certificate Examination may reappear at the compartmental examination to be held in July the same year, may avail himself/herself of Second Chance in March/April and Third Chance in July of next year. The candidate will be declared 'PASS' provided he/she qualifies the compartmental subjects in which he/she had failed. Syllabi and courses shall be the same as applicable for the candidates of full subjects appearing at the examination in the
