After ECE branch there are two fields. You need to decide that you wish to work and earn in which field :
* Core field
* Software field
If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :
-Power systems
-Latest applications of Solar panels
-Embedded systems
-VLSI
-You can also opt for Mechanical branches such as Robotics and Humanoids and other mechanical applications.
For software jobs you can go for programming languages.
Choosing a course entirely depends on your interest and skills. So decide wisely as it will help you to achieve your career goal.

1. Completing the CFA Program exams can take as little as 18 months, but on average, it takes about four years to earn a CFA charter.
2. Eligibility-
Have a bachelor's (or equivalent) degree or be in the final year of your bachelor's degree program at the time of registration or have four years of professional work experience (does not have to be investment related) or have a combination of professional work and college experience that totals at least four years. Part-time positions do not qualify, and the four-year total must be accrued prior to enrollment.

I don't think you need a PG degree. Just choose the line you want to specialize in and then go for a course in it. Whether it is called a PG degree or not, just find the best course and institute. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). If you mean executive MBA then please remember there are several eligibility criteria’s that have to be considered while considering an Executive MBA course.
To pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree from recognized university.
There are some colleges that insist on aspiring students having a post graduate degree too as a criterion.
