* Core field

If you are opting for core jobs, you may take some courses related to your branch :

I don't think you need a PG degree. Just choose the line you want to specialize in and then go for a course in it. Whether it is called a PG degree or not, just find the best course and institute. If you mean executive MBA then please remember there are several eligibility criteria’s that have to be considered while considering an Executive MBA course.
To pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree from recognized university.
