To study MBBS abroad student requires an eligibility certificate from Medical Council of India (MCI). The eligibility certificate can be downloaded from the MCI website. Students who have 50% marks and above in Physics, chemistry, biology and English are eligible to apply for MBBS studies abroad. They should be over 17 years of age according to the MCI guidelines. Hi Deepanshu,
If your long term goal is to apply for PR, then plan for countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany etc. They are also good for your field. Remember that there is no guarantee of getting a job, it will boil down to your own academic performance, networks, university reputation, industrial tie-ups of the university and so on. And PR also won't happen immediately. You have to work for few years and gradually you can apply. For now you should focus on getting a good and reputed university for your studies and improve your credentials and skills.
