There are lots of vacancy in this field, because many students are not aware of such course. But, now almost everyone knows the importance of pharmacy, this course is much tough as compared to other courses. In pharmacy, basically students study the manufacturing of drugs very deeply. Jobs available as a pharmacist, drug inspector, analyst, food inspector, etc. Starting salary may be low, but with the time it increases.Engineering-This field is good for those students who desire to make a career in engineering. B.Tech is also a 4-year full-time course. Yes, you can try for Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. Their eligibility criteria are:
(i) The candidate has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject OR Minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST candidates) marks in a Diploma recognized by AICTE or a state board of technical education of at least 3-year duration.
(ii) The candidate has to secure at least 20% aggregate marks (15% for SC/ST candidates) in JEE (Main)-2018. This clause shall not be applicable for the PGN, GoI, JKM, JK students & N-E students as mentioned at clause 1.3).
Or,
(i) The candidate has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 80% marks (75% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of three subjects, namely, Physics, Mathematics and any one subject out of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and Technical Vocational subject.
(ii) The candidate has to secure at least 15% aggregate marks (10% for SC/ST candidates) in JEE (Main)-2018. This clause shall not be applicable for the PGN, GoI, JKM, JK students & N-E students as mentioned at clause 1.3).
