It is hard to find one in Canada. Very few colleges offer and may be blended or online learning. Typically, you will come across Master of Health Administration or Master of Hospital Administration or Master of Hospital Management courses. But, check here if you can find anything relevant.

There is no entrance test in University of Lucknow for admission in B.Com. The admissions are merit based, i.e, your score in 10+2 will be considered in order to give you admission in the said course.

I think you should first go about searching universities abroad, look up the internet and research on the universities and your preferred countries and the courses and decide what and where to study. Check the entry requirements, scholarship options, fees etc. If you are a very good student you may get scholarship. Remember that quota system won't work abroad so it is only on merit.
