Hi Shreshth, first of all congrats for expecting such a good score in JEE Mains as well as good percentage in your QE Board exams. You will get a good college with this scoring & also do write JEE Advance w/o fail.
To predict a college you might get keeping last year's cutoff for branches & colleges, use following tool -
https://www.shiksha.com/jee-mains-college-predictor
With this rank, you will get good NITs. You might get a better stream using your home state rank for the NIT situated in your home state.
Wish you all the very best.

The cut off through CMAT, CAT, XAT for HRM this year is 65%ile for General/OBC and 40%ile for SC/ST.
You have a good academic career, you must not worry. Dropping may not affect your career but you should have a solid explanation for that. Rest depends on your further performance. Generally companies coming for campus seek 60% throughout.

Dear Ankush, If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. This is a field where nobody cares for your qualification, they only see if you can do quality work. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this. If you work hard and are at an institute which understands the importance of drawing, you can improve your drawing skills tremendously - so avoid institutes which underplay the importance of drawing.
