You know why ur resume is not getting shortlisted, because u don't have any specializations on ur resume. In the army Major/Colonel can be identified by the stars they have on their shoulder not by the uniform. So getting a degree mean u got the uniform but not the Stars as a specialized person. So better try to get some Global Certifications according to ur area of interest and do the job in ur interested area not just like get selected in a mob.

Harmeet, Take any creative subjects or arts or languages. I would recommend that as you study for your 10+2, you start practicing sketching to begin with. Try to observe things closely and sketch them. You can also buy good sketch books from the market for sketching including shading, shadows, and human figures. However, soon you may have to upgrade to more serious books like "The Animator's Survival Kit" by Richards William. Psychology and Literature are two useful subjects. Try to participate in Writing, Drawing/ Painting, Sports, Dramatics, Music, Singing etc. whatever is possible for you. You may also like to read this about the ki

Haii. doing an mba in private may not give u the actual exposure an full time mba provides. a full time MBA provides students with the actual environment required for d nurturing of an MBA graduate. and also many companies during recruitment specify that they require only MBA graduates who did their full time. but if u are currently in a job n u want to do an mba then part-time will b a real good option. thank u!
