It is a previous pattern in UPSEE that you may see in the previous year question papers but this year, pattern is 50 questions each from PCM that is total 150 questions and each correct answer carries 4 marks and there will be no negative marking.
You have to score less than 30k rank to get admission in this college.

If you have an interest in Science and Maths then, go for PCM and if you have an option of computer Science then PCM with Computer Science is the best combination. You have options of going for engineering or Bachelors in science after class 12th.

If you want to pursue your career in medical field like MBBS or BDS than opt for Biology with PCM. If you are interested in Computers/IT/ECE/Data Science than PCM with computers. If you are interested in business related fields like finance/accounting than commerce is a better option.

The majority of universities requires maths as a subject in 10+2 as mandatory eligibility criteria for seeking admission in BCA. Only a few universities such as IGNOU or Symbiosis allows non-maths students to do BCA. Therefore, you can do BCA but your choice of universities/ colleges will be limited.

Hi Rafika,
There are ample number of PGs, flats, etc. that you can rent in the vicinity of the campus. Also while there is no separate facility for girls ACCO, the international students house for women has reservation for 1 Indian girl from FMS. Get in touch with the hostel management when you go to FMS for the interview.

You can take CUCET test if you want scholarships. You have made the right choice of choosing Chandigarh university it is the best private college in the country.
