As you have completed your +2 in science, you have several options to choose from. You have several options to choose from including medical, engineering, computer science etc to choose from. You have to decide the course based on your interests and my suggestion to you would be to ignore what the world asks you to take but rather decide what subject interests you more and take up the course based on your interests. therefore, once you freeze on a relevant course, the next step would be to identify the right University for the course.
