Hello,
Eligibility for IAS is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognised university, there's no minimum aggregate required in this case, you need to be 21 years old and you can apply even in the final year. The M.Sc Nursing teaching is incorporated with clinical experience in respective specialties. The students are required to submit a dissertation as a partial fulfillment of the programme. Students are given an experience of organizing a workshop and conference with the support of faculty. So this course comprises theoretical as well as practical aspects. Hence this is not possible for a government servant to attend the all classes. Department No Objection Certificate (NOC) is also an important issue and your department will not allow you to pursue the course on a regular basis. Hence, you can not pursue this course on a regular basis.

If I may make a suggestion, I would consider looking into pursuing an Advanced Professional Graduate Program in Data Science and Machine Learning online (Full-Time). In recent years, several trustworthy online resources have made this possible, including LinkedIn Learning, SimpliLearn, and the National Institute of Information Technology. NIIT has a stellar reputation, thus I would recommend them. Their training is often updated to reflect developments in the field. Their expert professors teach students anything from how to use Python for programming to how to set up and configure Linux.

I think IILM is the best option among these 3 options. While a lot of features like placement, location, affiliation, etc might be similar in all these colleges but where IILM stands out among these colleges is:
Globally Benchmarked Curriculum: The curriculum at IILM imbibes some of the best aspects of courses offered at top business schools around the world. Course modules are inspired by Stanford Graduate School of Business, Wharton Business School and IIM-A.
Mentoring Program: Each student is assigned a mentor at the time of joining and that mentor acts as a trusted advisor and guide for that student for the next two years.
