Hi Abhishek, there is no Regent Unviersity in UK !!! I hope you aint asking about Regent Univ (school of Psychology and Counselling), USA !!! No law course here.
And the one that is in UK is Regents College. And this again does not offer law courses.

To get a job in bank you need to write the exam of Bank PO. And exams are regularly on. You only need to keep a check on dates. Apply them.

Yes you can definitely go about pursuing a career in the Armed Forces. As yu are a 12th pass, you can appear for the NDA exams and after qualifying the written, physical along with other parameters, you can be short listed for the services.
