With B.E Mechanical, you can go for MBA in IT, Information Systems, Operations or Computers.
If unconventional choices such as HR, Marketing or Finance interests you, then you can plan accordingly.
Another option can be MBA in Construction/Project Management.

Yes that is possible. You can pick any stream after 10th as per your interest and aptitude and thereafter pick graduation in any relevant discipline that is Media related.
