I may suggest you for MBE since it combines both economics and business management.
The course is oriented with the fundamentals of statistics, micro and macro economics, various aspects of business as finance, operations, HR, Law etc.
After completing MBE there will be several jobs opportunities such as manufacturing, banking, mining, transportation, communications, insurance, retailing, investment,etc.
And a fresher can expect starting salary both industry as well as governmental medium level firms with in the Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- per month.
Work for a while and gain reasonable experience. Once you personally feel ready to take the jump, pick E-MBA which is meant for working professionals.

I am not clear with your question- BMS stands for Bachelors in Media Studies or Bachelors in Management Studies. Similarly BFA is a graduate degree in Fine Arts or it has something to do with the Finance field.
However, there are several factors that need to be considered before choosing a particular stream after Class 12.
This is because the chosen stream would determine which path your career would take and the two main factors that should be taken into note while choosing a stream are:
Aptitude of the student
Personal Interests
Options for you-
B.COM, B.B.A or B.B.M
B.A English or Economics Honors
Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication
Besides, you may also consider-
1. Foreign language if aim for an interpreter’s job in the consulates and embassies. Some of the choices in this regard are French, Spanish, German, Russian, Japanese or Chinese.
2. Courses in hotel management, performing arts, travel and tourism and more.
You can analyze the various opportunities available and select the right path based on your personal criteria which should include:
