If you have not given any entrance test don't worry. Try for direct admission in universities like LPU, Amity, Sharda etc where they offer you admission on the basis of your previous qualifying exam too. Not only this some of these universities also offer you scholarships on the basis of your marks in previous qualifying exam.

I couldn't get much from your question but this that you are confused between B.E and B.Sc.
B.E is a better option from the point of view of future as it is a professional degree whereas B.Sc is a regular/ general degree.
You can go for your B.E/ B.Tech from reputed universities like Amity, Lovely, SRM etc. They offer direct admission on the basis of your marks in 12th as well as a scholarship too.
