IIIT-H is always preferable because it is leader in the field of computer science and related field of education. It has a broad industry base and much better graduation outcomes than any other institution. So it is always preferable than any other college. IIIT-BBSR is also a very good college. All Good. But, not for serious learners, classes are not regular and affiliated. Colleges doesn't have regular attendance. It is good for those students, those just want to earn some degrees. It provides a wide range of programs but one should study from his own end and should not totally depend on the University. University of Rajasthan is also good for distance learners because they just need to pay exam fee once enrolled. And, syllabus is easy and scoring good is not very hard. Overall, the university is good from facilities point of view but from academics point of view it is quite okay.
