Dear sandeep kumar, AFter BMS. you can go for MMS, MBA, and also you can pursue some career courses like SAP, Digital marketing etc. but as far as MMS or MBA or PGDM concern in india you crack CAT with best score. that will help you out in getting admission with IIMs and top notch business schools which gives a bright future.
otherwise, write GMAT, Toefl, IELTS, try US/UK BUSINESS schools for admission in MBA that also give more bright future. all the best. start preparation.

Hi Subhajit,
You may choose to pursue your PhD or else take up a job. Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do
Please feel free to discuss more.
Wish you luck.

Though you can , internship in medical or health sector is slightly difficulty . You can practice later after clearing the licensing exams. There are certain websites helping students to undertake internships abroad. One such is http://www.goabroad.com/intern-abroad/search/physical-therapy/internships-abroad-1
Please google up for more information. Hope it helps.
