No, FMS-Delhi does not provide all of these equipment to you.
However, FMS Delhi hardly charges you anything to complete your MBA compared to other B-Schools of the same pedigree so you can buy these equipment and several other useful items and still have loads of money left.

My suggestion is join a better college with your board exams and you can also go for some colleges that admit you based on both JEE main and board exam marks.
As you have wasted one year, you should not waste more time from now.
Pursue any degree, if you are willing to do engineering then do a b tech from an average college then work hard to crack GATE exam which is a tough exam that enables you to do M.Tech in a reputed institution like IIT. You can also do your M.Tech in BITS, Pilani and VIT like top universities if you can.

There are actually no particular marks. There will be a caste wise cut off marks to clear JEE exam. It varies year to year. But in JEE main your score should be at least 200 or above and in JEE Advanced your rank should be at least below 6000 to get a good NIT and IIT.
The most important is you need to have at least 75% in your board exams.

Very good academic grades throughout, you have to display high intellect. You must also hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and must clear the LSAT. TOEFL or IELTS are generally not required but differs from university to university. For university specific entry requirements please visit the websites, check the class profiles to have an idea.
