KIIT is a renowned college in the whole of Eastern India. Its ranking has been also very good. But I would say that it's the student that actually makes a college. I took Civil engineering in KIIT (in the counselling) but didn't take the admission due to some personal reasons.
Cons of KIIT for me is the number of students intake in each branch (which is almost above 450 and 650+ in CSE and IT). To get placed within those 650 students will take a lot of hard work. A 15-20K job is not what you wish after spending 8.8 lakhs of tuition fees. It is not feasible at all. But if you work hard it's obvious that success will be waiting in any pa

Only you need to clear the minimum eligibility for colleges. Mostly, it is 75% for general and around 65% for rest category students (for NITs and rest central government colleges). It may be less for autonomous colleges and private universities, but not more than. Best of luck.

Maharshi Dayanand University follows the admission criteria in which the candidates have to apply for entrance exam conducted by university and then appear for the same. After that on the basis of marks obtained in entrance candidates are given admission.
