Hi Sachin,
You can always email the colleges and ask them, the answer will depend on the college's admission policies, they may or may not accept it, they may ask you for a retake or can actually offer you an English language pathway programme. It will also depend on how good your academic record is, if you have a high percentage they may accept the IELTS score.

Actually, there is an all India entrance test for getting admission into different agricultural universities of India conducted by ICAR. But if you are a candidate from Assam itself, then you have an option of getting admission on the basis of ur 10+2 PCB marks. And there are also options of pursuing undergraduate courses under high fees category. So no particular entrance test is conducted by AAU but ICAR entrance test can be opted well. Preferences are given on the basis of ranking on the entrance.

Yes. For B.Arch courses, it'll be not possible as there are very few number of colleges with limited seats. For B.Tech courses, it is possible in average NITs possibly with non-technical branches such as mining or biotech. Best of luck.

As a student, I will say this college has good teaching staff and laboratory facilities. Most important is library, a fantastic collection of all kind of academic books. You will see separate sections in library for study of academia as well for competitive exams. The mess is average in taste. This year has a tough fight for placements. Good campus placements for IT and CS than other branches.
