As per my parameters I would choose AIIMS over BJMC. But, selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
Below are the parameters which you must keep in mind while selecting the best for your training.
You need to check the chief point that is the recognition. You also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

After completing B.com you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.com etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT,XAT,etc.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.

You have not mentioned your academic details. However, career in sports has emerged as one of the most lucrative options in India. You can take up either a Diploma or Certificate course or even degree program as per your choice.
Disciplines in sports - athletics, basketball, football, gymnastics, hockey, swimming, volleyball, wrestling, and weightlifting.
A degree course in physical education in recognized sports events will also be helpful. Candidates with MBBS degree can take up a two-year diploma course in Sports Medicine or Sports Journalism is another good option.
After acquiring training in various sports academies, you can opt for building a career as a sportsperson and play at different levels. Apart from serving as a player, with experience, you can also work as a coach, team manager, fitness instructor, umpire/referee, sports journalist/commentator, sports photographer, sports equipment supplier/manufacturer, and consultant.
