You can go to both based on your subjects in 12th. The filed you want to go are rather need of hour. Both have good perspective in coming time and are very specialised jobs
I would rather ask you what are you bend towards investigating or analysis. If you like investigating go for cyber security and if you like analysis go for digital forensics

The age criteria is very important here. If your age is between 16.5 years - 19.5 years or your DOB is falling between July 02, 2001, to July 01, 2004, than can be eligible for NDA-1. While for NDA-2 your age should be between 16.5 years - 19.5 years or your DOB is falling between January 02, 2002, to January 01 2005
So from above if you are meeting the above age eligibility criteria than can be eligible for NDA. Further no benefits will be provided against the B.Tech you have completed.
