Every university has its own course specific fee structure, in order to know the exact fee structure it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall,the average tuition fee to pursue MBA from universities in Canada is around CA$ 20,000 per year,and average living expenses are about CA$ 10,000 per year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

If you mean GMAT, then it is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MBA from universities abroad, however there are some institutes in India too which accepts GMAT scores.
CAT scores are accepted by all the IIMs and various other B-schools in India.
So, if you wish to pursue MBA from India, you need to take CAT test whereas if you wish to pursue MBA from abroad in that case you need to take GMAT test.
However, for your reference please remember in order to pursue MBA form good universities abroad you need to have atleast 3-4 years of full time work experience after graduation.
