Hi,
If you mean MBA (HR), then as per your query, I would suggest you to work for some years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be, that after working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
However, you may consider pursuing diploma course in:
- Personnel Management.
- Training & Development.
- Human Resource Management, and related courses.
Feel free to discuss more.
All the Best.

Dear Milan, generally all admissions for B.Tech in most of the colleges are strictly on merit basis or by the institutions admission criteria based. Moreover, It's always a good idea to go for an AICTE-approved institute like Educomp JRE, so that your course isn't wasted. They even have good placements.Their entire admission process is on qualification basis, no intervention is possible. For Btech, the admission process is as per the norms of MAHAMAYA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY. Check out their website here www.jre.edu.in or you can also contact Mr.Akash on 9873145860 or Mr. Ashwani on 9999880603. Good Luck!

After diploma you may go for lateral B.Tech course and get direct entry in the second year.
As per my research I could find only one institute offering your desired course, i.e., Defence Institute of Advanced Technology.
